We handle claims on an individual basis to ensure your satisfaction, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and applicable legal regulations. The buyer is required to inspect the goods upon receipt to identify any defects or damages. Any hidden defects must be reported without delay, no later than within the warranty period.
Warranty Conditions
All goods are covered by a 12-month warranty, unless otherwise specified. The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
Defects caused by normal wear and tear
Incorrect usage of the product
Improper storage of the product
Goods claimed after the warranty period
Goods that were incorrectly installed, modified, or repaired
Goods used against the user manual instructions
Goods damaged by natural elements (water, lightning, fire, electrical surges)
Unauthorized modifications of the warranty certificate
Claim Process
Notify us of the claim by phone, email, or in writing.
Send the product as a registered package (not cash-on-delivery) to our company address.
Include the reason for the claim, your contact details, and a copy of the purchase receipt.
We will process your claim as soon as possible, no later than 30 days from the date we receive the product.
If the claim is justified, the seller will, at their discretion, offer one of the following solutions:
Repair the defect
Replace the product
Provide a discount
Allow contract cancellation
The buyer must grant the seller a reasonable additional period to resolve the defect. If the buyer does not specify the period, the seller will determine it. After this period expires, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract or request a discount.
Once the specified claim periods have expired, the seller is no longer liable for defects.
