Upon receiving the shipment, the buyer is advised to inspect its condition (number of packages, intact security tape with the company logo, damage to the box, etc.) and, if necessary, refuse to accept an incomplete or damaged shipment.
If the shipment is incomplete or damaged, the buyer is recommended to immediately report it by phone at +420 556 205 360 or by email at obchod@pks-servis.cz. Additionally, a damage report should be written with the carrier and promptly sent to the seller via fax or email.
The carrier has the right to verify the actual condition of the damaged or partially lost shipment. Therefore, we strongly recommend that the buyer does not tamper with the damaged shipment and keeps the original packaging in which the damaged goods were delivered.
