How to shop

We offer you the option to shop online 24/7. You can place an order easily and conveniently using the shopping cart, via email, or in writing at our email address - obchod@pks-servis.cz. On business days, orders can also be placed by phone.

The subject of the contract is only the goods specified in the purchase agreement – the order. The dimensions, weight, performance, capacity, and other data provided on our website, in catalogs, brochures, and other printed materials are for reference only and are based on manufacturer-provided information. If there are any discrepancies, please contact us.

 

For your electronic order to be valid, all required fields and details in the order form must be completed. The order serves as a purchase contract proposal, with the contract being finalized upon the delivery of the goods. The conclusion of the purchase contract requires formal confirmation of the order by the seller. In certain cases, particularly for higher-value purchases, the seller reserves the right to confirm the order in writing, discuss it personally or by phone, and request a financial deposit from the buyer.

If, during the period between placing the order and its processing, there is a significant change in the exchange rate of a foreign currency, a price change, or a change in the supplier’s product range, PKS Servis Ltd. reserves the right to modify the order upon agreement with the buyer or unilaterally cancel it with immediate effect. We also reserve this right if the manufacturer discontinues the ordered product, releases a new version of the product, or significantly changes the product’s price.

 

Order Confirmation

The order must include the full address of the buyer and an accurate specification of the goods. Once the order is submitted, the customer will receive an informational email confirming that the order has been received for processing. If everything is in order, the customer will then receive an official order confirmation. Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours. You will also be notified by email once your order has been shipped. If there are any uncertainties, we will contact you. Claims regarding incorrect deliveries can only be made for written orders, where the exact order specifications are recorded.
