Packing and Shipping

The shipping cost varies depending on the weight of the ordered goods.

For orders over 10,000 CZK (incl. VAT), shipping is free. However, for shipments exceeding 50 kg or 1 meter in length, transportation will be arranged individually. The "free shipping" discount does not apply to individual transportation arrangements.

Along with the delivered goods, PKS Servis Ltd. always provides the customer with a delivery note, which contains the exact identification and quantity of the delivered items. The customer is required to check the packaging and sign the delivery note to confirm receipt of the goods. If the customer refuses to sign, the seller reserves the right to withhold delivery.

PKS Servis Ltd. will issue a tax document – an invoice, which will be handed over to the customer together with the delivery note upon receipt of the goods. Each invoice will include, in addition to other legally required details, at least the following information:

1. Invoice number and identification.

2. Name, registered office, company ID (IČO), VAT ID (DIČ) of both the seller and the buyer, and commercial register details (court, section, file number).

3. Seller’s bank details.

4. Payment due date.

5. Description and quantity of the delivered goods.

6. Price excluding VAT, VAT amount, and total amount due.

The risk of damage to the goods transfers to the buyer at the moment of receiving the goods or upon transfer to the first carrier.
