PKS servis spol. s r.o. declares that all information provided during registration and stored in the internal information system of PKS servis spol. s r.o. is handled in accordance with the relevant legal provisions on personal data protection. All personal data is considered strictly confidential and is treated in compliance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. Under no circumstances do we provide this information to third parties.

Data may be used for marketing purposes, such as sending information about events, news, and services offered by PKS servis spol. s r.o. The buyer has the right to refuse the processing of their personal data for marketing purposes free of charge and has the right to correct or supplement their personal or company information. In such cases, a corresponding request must be sent via email to pks@pks-servis.cz.

 

Purpose of Collecting and Processing Personal Data

Personal data (e.g., name, email address) is collected and processed only if you enter this data in a form field or via email when requesting a quote or service, and send it to us, thereby agreeing to its collection and processing. This data is provided voluntarily. If you establish contact with PKS servis spol. s r.o., your personal data is processed only for the intended purpose (e.g., to respond to your email inquiry, to provide information about products and services).

Based on binding provisions of applicable laws or regulations, and at the request of authorized authorities, we may disclose such data (core data) in individual cases, if necessary for purposes such as criminal prosecution, prevention of danger, fulfillment of statutory duties of public authorities, or protection of intellectual property rights.

User data primarily includes identifiers for your identification and data about the start and end of your use of our services. Deletion of Personal Data
