Personal Pickup
If you are in Ostrava or passing by, you can pick up your order directly at the headquarters of PKS Servis Ltd.. The goods can only be collected by the buyer or an authorized person, who must sufficiently identify themselves with a valid ID card (for foreigners, a valid passport).
Courier & Shipping Services – Czech Republic
Goods can be shipped to the buyer via a selected delivery service. The carrier typically guarantees delivery anywhere in the Czech Republic within 24 hours. Shipping costs are determined based on the price list valid on the day of the order.
⚠️ Important: Items such as hydraulic tubes over 2 meters in length are priced individually based on the possibility of ordering lengths up to 6 meters and the total quantity ordered.
Orders will be shipped via a courier service as cash on delivery (COD). If payment is made in advance, the package will be sent without COD. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will have access to your phone number (which must be provided in the order form) and will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
If your address is on our regular delivery route, you will be informed of the delivery by phone or email. Alternative shipping methods may be chosen according to the conditions of the selected courier.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery time: 3 to 14 days (depending on the type of goods) unless stated otherwise.
Some suppliers may require up to 30 days or more for delivery. In such cases, a technician will contact you with further details.
Along with the goods, PKS Servis Ltd. will provide a delivery note, which includes the exact identification and quantity of the delivered goods.
The risk of damage to the goods transfers to the buyer upon receiving the goods. If the transportation is handled by a third-party courier, the risk transfers at the moment the goods are handed over to the first carrier.
Buyer’s Responsibilities Upon Receiving the Package
The buyer must immediately check the shipment upon delivery together with the courier, verifying:
✔️ Number of packages
✔️ Integrity of the security tape with the company logo
✔️ Any damage to the box
If the package is incomplete or damaged, the buyer has the right to refuse the shipment as it does not comply with the purchase contract. If the buyer accepts a damaged package, they must document the damage in the handover reportprovided by the courier.
Any incomplete or damaged shipment must be reported immediately via email to obchod@pks-servis.cz. Additionally, a damage report must be written with the courier and sent without delay via fax, email, or mail to PKS Servis Ltd.
