Hydraulic fittings
1267 productsHydraulic fittings are an essential element of every hydraulic circuit. They connect pipes, hoses, and components securely and tightly, even under high operating pressure and vibration.
We offer 24° cone fittings with a cutting ring according to DIN 2353 (ISO 8434-1), primarily from the premium German manufacturer VOSS. The fittings are available in both light (L) and heavy (S) series for pipe outer diameters from 6 to 42 mm.
Our product range includes straight male stud connectors (GES) with metric, BSP (R/G), NPT, and UNF threads, as well as hydraulic couplings—straight, elbow, T-pieces, and bulkhead fittings. We also offer adjustable and reducing fittings, union nuts and cutting rings, pressure gauge fittings, hydraulic test points, plugs, caps, and weld-on fittings. Connectors designated WD feature an elastomeric seal profile for reliable sealing without the need for sealants or tapes. For standard applications, choose galvanized steel fittings. For humid and aggressive environments, food processing, or the chemical industry, we recommend stainless steel fittings (AISI 316Ti / 1.4571).

Jaký je rozdíl mezi lehkou (L) a těžkou (S) řadou šroubení?
Řady se liší tím, na jaký tlak jsou určené. Lehká řada L se používá v běžných hydraulických okruzích s nižším a středním tlakem. Těžká řada S má robustnější konstrukci pro vysokotlaké aplikace. Šroubení řady L a S nejsou vzájemně zaměnitelná, protože mají jiné rozměry kuželu a matice. Proto vždy volte stejnou řadu, jaká je ve vašem systému.
Jak zvolím správnou velikost šroubení?
Rozhoduje vnější průměr trubky v milimetrech. Například označení 12L znamená šroubení pro trubku o vnějším průměru 12 mm v lehké řadě. U přípojek je potřeba znát také závit na straně komponentu (metrický, BSP, NPT nebo UNF), například GES 12L/R 1/4. Pokud si nejste jisti, pošlete nám rozměry nebo původní označení a vhodné šroubení vám dohledáme.
Kdy zvolit pozinkované a kdy nerezové šroubení?
Pozinkované šroubení je cenově výhodné řešení pro většinu strojů a zařízení v suchém a běžném prostředí. Nerezové šroubení z oceli 1.4571 je vhodné tam, kde hrozí koroze: ve vlhku, venku, v potravinářství, chemickém průmyslu a v prostředí s mycími prostředky.
