Refund policy

Refunds apply in cases of:

• withdrawal from the contract within 14 days
• valid complaints

Refund method

• Refunds are issued using the original payment method
• Alternative methods may be used upon agreement

Refund timing

• Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving returned goods or approving a complaint

Conditions

• Goods must be returned to the seller
• The seller may withhold the refund until goods are received

Costs

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
• In case of a valid complaint, costs are covered by the seller

Exclusions

Refunds do not apply to:

• customized or made-to-order products
• goods modified according to customer requirements
• individually agreed B2B transactions
